Mimořádná dvojprojekce mezinárodně ceněného celovečerního filmu Jana Němce Démanty noci (1964) spolu s absolventským snímkem Sousto (1960) téhož režiséra. Oba filmy vycházejí z povídkové knihy Arnošta Lustiga Démanty noci. Po filmu následuje beseda. Ve spolupráci s Českým centrem Vídeň.

What comes to mind when you hear the name Arnošt Lustig?
Perhaps not much, perhaps nothing , and that would be a shame. FestivAL100, an international celebration of humanity, is being created to mark the 100th anniversary of Arnošt Lustig’s birth. The program conveys a message about the power of humanity as reflected in his work.
At the same time, it emphasizes inalienable human rights, without which “man is just an animal that speaks human language.”
