Publikace Moje cesta k našim Němcům, vydaná nakladatelstvím Lichtung Verlag, představuje osobní pohledy významných českých autorek a autorů na někdejší sudetoněmecké krajany. Na Meeting Brno se o tématech knihy bude diskutovat – mimo jiné i s Evou Lustigovou, která přiblíží svůj mnohovrstevnatý vztah k Němcům v kontextu židovského původu, holokaustu i současnosti. Úvodní slovo pronese Wolfgang Schwarz, kulturní referent ve spolku Adalbert Stifter Verein a redaktor publikace. Více informací a vstupenky na webu meetingbrno.cz. What comes to mind when you hear the name Arnošt Lustig?
Perhaps not much, perhaps nothing , and that would be a shame. FestivAL100, an international celebration of humanity, is being created to mark the 100th anniversary of Arnošt Lustig’s birth. The program conveys a message about the power of humanity as reflected in his work.
At the same time, it emphasizes inalienable human rights, without which “man is just an animal that speaks human language.”
