Modlitba pro Kateřinu Horovitzovou je příběh z roku 1943. Krásná Kateřina (Lenka Fišerová), které hrozí smrt v koncentračním táboře, se náhodou dostane do skupiny bohatých židů, a tak jí svitne naděje na záchranu. Nacisté však s „nižší rasou“ hrají zákeřnou hru, v níž chtějí získat veškeré finance z jejích bankovních kont… Televizní film režiséra Antonína Moskalyka získal Cenu mezinárodní kritiky na festivalu Prix Italia a Hlavní cenu na festivalu v Monte Carlu. Hrají: Jiří Adamíra, Lenka Fišerová, Martin Růžek, Ilja Prachař

What comes to mind when you hear the name Arnošt Lustig?
Perhaps not much, perhaps nothing , and that would be a shame. FestivAL100, an international celebration of humanity, is being created to mark the 100th anniversary of Arnošt Lustig’s birth. The program conveys a message about the power of humanity as reflected in his work.
At the same time, it emphasizes inalienable human rights, without which “man is just an animal that speaks human language.”
